The President of Midwest Medical Legal Resources, Inc., is Jo Anne Kuc, BSN, RN, LNCC. As a clinically active nurse with law firm experience, Ms. Kuc was a former board member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, past President of the AALNC, Greater Chicago Chapter, and is certified in Legal Nurse Consulting. She spoke before the Indiana Senate on health care issues, has published several journal articles and book chapters and has lectured on standard of care issues. She received an award from the now current, Mayor Richard J. Daley and the local police department for establishing a program to prevent child abductions in her community. Additionally, she and Midwest Medical Legal Resources, Inc., has been featured in Kiplinger's Personal Finance Magazine.
