The attorney asked Ms. Kuc to review the medical records to determine if the case had merit. Ms. Kuc prepared a comprehensive time line of events clearly depicting the abnormal EKG changes and lack of intervention. Medical literature was obtained on the standard of care of EKG changes following CABG surgery.
